Rates and Dates

The dates you request will be put on hold when your deposit for the specified time is received. The non-refundable deposit is 40% of the total rental fee. The rental fee is made up of four parts:

1. The nightly or weekly rate. Weekly rate is $1400.00, nightly rate is $275.00 with two night minimum (except Labor Day, Memorial Day, Winter Fest, Fall Fest, and Pumpkin Patch which are a three night minimum). The house is rented only by the week from Memorial Day weekend until the last week of August (Sat.-Sat.). The rest of the year it is open for either weekly or nightly rental.
2. Sales Tax (5.5%) plus Local Room Tax (5.5%).
3. The 40% deposit is non-refundable.
